Last week I had the privilege of speaking alongside Laura Cosgrove (Evolution Business Performance) at Creative HQ, Wellington.  Together we discussed Business Planning and Financial Modelling.  The two always work hand in hand when it comes to creating a business, and all to often people focus on the money without the plan, or the plan without the money!  I know that when I started out 12+ years ago I was the later!  I have been working alongside Laura for a couple of years now and she teaches me every day about the "fun" that understanding numbers can be.

I did something a bit different with my time, and spoke about my business passion and finding my passion, my tribe and my purpose!  I could and probably will write a book one day about what not to do in business... but sharing my story with those at Creative HQ was a fun way to remind me that I LOVE what I do!
